Sound Experiments

This is our class experiment on changing pitch through the use of straws, as the children cut their straws the pitch went higher.

    I have never heard music made with straws! That was awesome room 9. I could definitely hear different pitches. I wonder if you used really fat straws if they would create a different pitch from thin ones.
